If your search for a new hunting/companion has you looking for a Labrador Retriever, I would encourage you to give me a call. I believe the Labrador, when properly bred, may be one of the most versatile, talented, highly trainable, and most companionable of all gundog breeds. It is my expectation that the labs at Glacial Retriever Kennels meet all of these qualities. We only breed labradors whose pedigrees include only the finest tested and titled labs available.  No gimmicks or shortcuts, just dogs bred to be talented, trainable and good looking. Bred from the best, to be the best. The knowlege gained over decades allows me to be confident that we can provide our customers with some of the finest labradors available anywhere. It is my desire to provide my Labrador owners with dogs that recieve compliments for their talents in the field as well as their looks and companionship qualities at home. The Lab is a the most popular breed in North American and a "registered" labrador pup can be found nearly anywhere. Unfortunately it is exactly that popularity and careless breeding that is to blame for the large numbers of sub-par labradors that gundog trainers, myself included, see every year brought into our kennels.
